Cove tourist oriented shopping / restaurant complex and 92 berth
commercial marina is situated at one of Australia's most
prestigious tourist sites on the Southport Spit.
The Southport Spit is a unique
development zone on a tongue of land between the Pacific Ocean and
the Broadwater containing tourist attractions such as Seaworld,
modern hotels, marine oriented commercial facilities and marinas.

VDM Involvement: Preparation of overall long term
development strategies for the Spit, which have subsequently been
adopted by the State Government. Marina planning and design of
building and fixed wharf structures.
