Project Details: Australia's largest privately developed single residential project on 2,000 hectares to house 60,000 people by the end of this decade. A landmark project designed in association with Boston-based Moshe Safdie, encompassing lakes, natural parklands, schools, golf courses, commercial centres and a wide variety of quality housing.

Burchill VDM Involvement: Burchill VDM initially prepared concept and structure plans for property owners Lewis Land/Cambridge Credit Corporation.

Following purchase by Robina Land Corporation, Burchill VDM were responsible for master planning in association with Boston architect Moshe Safdie; flood mitigation and development strategy re-analysis; planning and engineering of major non-tidal lake system including water quality design and built environment aspects of water frontage use; as well as engineering design and construction superintendence for more than 50 stages of residential and commercial development including the Robina Woods golf course.
